Alice Phuoc Nguyen, MS, RDN, LD/N
Alice, the founder of Lifelong Dietetics, is a Florida-based, bilingual registered dietitian. At a young age, she was diagnosed with a rare degenerative condition that gradually affects her vision. While she was told by numerous doctors that there is no cure, Alice turned to nutrition as a way to help protect and nourish her remaining vision—an experience that inspired her path into dietetics.

She went on to earn her Master’s in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University, completed over 1,600 hours of clinical training in hospital systems in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, and passed an credentialing exam to become a registered dietitian (RDN).
Today, Alice works with individuals navigating major life changes, including disabilities and chronic conditions such as gastrointestinal and autoimmune diseases. Her goal is to help clients rebuild their health, regain independence, and rediscover joy in food through practical, compassionate nutrition care.
